Welcome to the UCIS Internetwork Exchange. Currently, this exchange is purely virtual - all connections are VPN connections on top of the public ICANN-based internet.
Our primary goal is to connect darknets and other similar IP based networks together. In our vision, this greatly increases the value of such networks and will help these networks to grow and eventually go 'mainstream'. We also intend to help such networks to get started by providing bandwidth and our own services on the inside of the network.
